The purpose of this association shall be to help develop Christian values and improve the quality of life in the local area by involving individuals and families in programs that develop Spirit, Mind, and Body.

We are currently seeking volunteers to mentor children as Big Brothers or Big Sisters. We also have opportunities for married couples to become a Big Couple. Mentoring 101, our new volunteer orientation and training sessions are held frequently throughout each month. The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to serve others by helping to instill value in young people and prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime in achieving their full potential.

To inspire girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patriotism, and service that they may become happy and resourceful citizens.

Members of the Chamber invest in the organization to support and influence critical initiatives in the community which affect small business, economic and workforce development as well as to create a collective voice on important business and public policy issues. Hand in hand with its public and private sector partners, the Chamber, enhances the economic well being of all Tampa and Hillsborough County.

The Kiwanis Club of New Tampa meets every Thursday at 11:45 am at Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club. The Kiwanis Club of New Tampa is dedicated to serving the needs of children in this community.
