Soul Care offers Christian based recovery education in a workshop format providing you the opportunity to explore wholeness issues, gain insight through reflection and application exercises, proactively pursue healing, and receive support and encouragement through interactive discussion and prayer.

Beginning Wednesday, February 24th -our new series "There's a Better Way"

In this 4-part series we'll identify what happens when we fall into unhealthy patterns of dealing with the hurts we all encounter throughout life...

• Turning the pain inward... resulting in depression and anxiety
• Turning the pain outward toward others... resulting in anger, projection, and blame
• Anesthetizing ourselves... resulting in drivenness, workaholism, addictive thinking and acting
• Losing ourselves in someone else... resulting in codependency

This series will help you unravel the pattern, gain objectivity, and contrast the unhealthy pattern with better alternatives.
